Liked · This was my second stay at the hotel. The location of the hotel is central. Moreover, the hotel is a landmark property in bhubaneswar. The staff are quite professional. They had all the instructions from the booking website printed and ready before I arrive. The check-in was fast and smooth. Initially we got a smoking room but they changed it to a nice fresh smelling room just with a single call. The was bed comfortable. The toilet was clean and dry. I must admit that the little white comb they provide as toiletries is the best :P. The hotel staff were courteous. The bellboy at the entrance (in the morning) was a gentleman. This was my second visit to the hotel and I can assure a nice stay here. I tried the spa and I can assure it’s one of the best spa in bhubaneswar. They have nice restaurants. I tried breeze and zaika. They were best of the best. The breakfast is served in an open air restaurant with some sun on a winter morning. I stayed with my Fiancee and I can say that the typical corner eye look is not around this hotel. I really appreciate this when I travel in India with someone from opposite gender. We are in 2019 and we should come out of the Victorian era moral policing. The staff seem to have overcame this. I tried the in-house restaurant. They have a wide variety of food. Italian continental Indian and Chinese. I ordered the fish finger which was close to authentic in taste. For sure I will return.
Disliked · Nothing in particular. However they should make sure the length of the bath towels fit the guest. 😛
