PAL Mantra’s Success In Organizing The Largest CA Conference Post Covid-19

After the pandemic struck worldwide in the year 2020; social gatherings, events and conferences took a huge hit. Be it business or private gatherings, people had to opt for online methods in order to keep up with the necessary interactions, even during those unprecedented times.  However, with the passage of time and introduction of vaccines, the economy slowly started blooming and people started feeling more comfortable in attending social gatherings and meetings. And after a nearly two-year long hiatus; we at Pal Mantra welcomed the members of ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) to host their largest two-day conference with open arms.

The conference which was organised on the 3^rd and 4^th of June, 2022, was a large-scale event for Chartered Accountants under the ICAI. The conference witnessed the presence of over 1200 ICAI members, over the course of two days. We at Pal Mantra, took it upon ourselves to provide a memorable experience for all our guests by ensuring that the needs of each and every guest were individually taken care of.

For the seating arrangements, we at Pal Mantra had ensured a theatre set-up along with a stage to host a 12-member panel. The Chief Guest of the event was Governor of Odisha, Prof Ganeshi Lal and we had made all arrangements by keeping his safety and comfort in our minds. The event was planned and executed seamlessly on both the days. On the first day for the luncheon, we welcomed around 490 guests while for the cocktail dinner, we hosted 420 members. Similarly, we also welcomed an equal number of guests on the second day of the conference. The food menu consisted of a plethora of Chinese, Indian, Continental items, catering to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests. Meanwhile during the cocktail events, we ensured that each guest was served the beverage of their choice. Post the event, the feedback received from the client was very positive with them expressing their delight at the arrangements made, proving that Pal Mantra indeed is one of the best locations to host important personal and professional events.
