A Huge Success: PAL’s Khatti Meethi Chaat Festival

After two long years of pandemic restrictions, PAL Heights and PAL Heights Mantra organised the much-awaited food festival that the city’s best hotel has been known for several years. This year, we at PAL wanted to offer the people of the twin cities a feast that would satiate and fulfil all their foodie desires! Thus, this year starting from the month of September till well after Dussehra, we organised the ‘Khatti-Meethi Chaat Ka Tyohaar’ at both our hotel locations. Keeping in mind the taste of people looking for delectable street food, but made in sanitary conditions, we offered the crowd the most delicious array of chaats. Starting from Raj Kachori, Dahi papdi chaat, Dahi bhalle all the way till heavier options like Chole Bhature and Ragada Patties; we left no stone unturned to ensure that the customers feel fulfilled and our success speaks for itself.

We had our best chefs preparing these delicacies in a live setting which let customers be sure of the hygiene, flavours and quality. We had also decked up our food courts to give our customers a visual treat and a great background to click pictures of the food and themselves! In terms of customer feedback, we received love in abundance with the decor and the live jalebis were a bit hit among all! On an average we sold out all our plates of chaat which was more than a 100 plates! This was proof that our guests and customers loved each and every item on the menu, making this festival a great success! More than a 1000 people visited us throughout the limited days of our festival overwhelming us with support. We received several requests to bring back the festival next year as well and we at PAL couldn’t be more thankful for the affection showered upon us!
